All reservations are generally subject to a written reconfirmation. Electronically submitted request forms and reservation response forms are considerably not confirmed reservations. Adjustments to payment terms and/or changes to any of our established reservation policies and conditions may not be permitted/accepted without a written approval from our company. Therefore every client shall be responsible to familiarize himself with all terms and conditions before submitting a reservation/reservation request through any form of communication. The following reservation terms and conditions are considerably accepted through a client after submitting the required deposit on/or before the indicated due date on our invoice. Any modification of a confirmed reservation thereafter is subject to a written reconfirmation and applicable service charges and/or cancellation fees. Response time may vary by season between 24-72 hours. Please Note: we will not accept or reply to non-completed and submitted online forms and/or requests.

Because of the increased security on various government levels we may require additional personal information as deemed necessary to complete a reservation.

We do not provide third parties with any details of your reservation – even if you authorize them. Your personal information will be solely used to complete the reservation as required.

Due to the increasing expenses in conjunction with individual reservations we may apply a one time service charge of $30.00 to any of the following bookings: • FIT Hotel Reservation • Sightseeing Tours and Custom Tour Arrangements. All service charges are non-refundable in case of a cancellation or modification of the tour or package. Reservation made 28 days or less prior to arrival are subject to a $50.00 handling charge. The charge is intended to cover last minute phone and fax expenses, documentation, payment processing, and/or reservation fees.

All rates and services provided within Canada are quoted in ($) CAD Dollar unless otherwise specified or confirmed in written. All rates and services provided within the USA are quoted in ($) US Dollar unless otherwise specified or confirmed in written. For overseas departures and travel arrangements the quoted rates are in Euro. A client may request an exchange rate for any tradable currency at the time of reservation but she/he still remains responsible for any currency exchange rate increase above 5 % until the actual departure date. Currency exchange rate decreases are not affected through this policy. Any other arrangements thereof need to be confirmed in written.

Published individual accommodation, transportation and custom tour package rates are subject to all applicable taxes and mandatory third party service charges levied at the time of publication - unless otherwise specified. Canada tax rebates for overseas visitors may be individually claimed upon departure with Revenue Canada or they may be directly deducted from our invoice without the possibility to claim them after departure. Applicable tax rates are subject to change without further notice. We reserve the right to adjust also confirmed rates if the current tax rates are changing.

To guarantee any travel arrangement – we require a deposit within 10 days after you receive our written confirmation. The total amount depends on the booked package. Please check your invoice for details. A late payment may result in a automatic cancellation. As a guaranteed form of payment we accept - personal checks - a money order - direct bank transfers and/or wire payments. Credit cards are accepted with a supplementary processing fee of 5 %. The credit card service fee (if applicable) will be added to your final invoice at the time of reservation.  All reservations must be paid in full prior to arrival and as indicated on our invoice. Any reservation made less than 60 days prior to the travel date is subject to immediate full payment of our invoice. Service fees, any bank charges and/or processing and bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender. Occurring charges will be charged back to the sender.

Under no circumstances are clients accepted / accommodated unless full payment has been received on/or before the due date(s) indicated on our invoice. We reserve the right to automatically cancel any part - or the entire travel package – without a further reminder if the deposit and/or balances are not paid at the due date indicated on our invoice. Any unauthorized deductions from invoices or late payments may also result also in a automatic cancellation. Cancellation fees are still applying according to our cancellation policy below. All cancellation fees are due immediately after receipt of the appropriate invoice and may be deducted from the initial deposit / balance we received from the client. Please Note: we will not reinstate any involuntarily cancelled reservation due to non-payment.

Unused tour services or any portion thereof are non refundable. Cancellations or tour changes after the departure date are subject to applicable cancellation fees. A supplier may cancel a tour due to inclement weather conditions or for any other reasons beyond his/our control. If this applies we may refund the original tour price less a service charge of $20.00.  No further claims are accepted. All refund requests are only honored within fourteen (14) days of cancellation in written and each request need to be accompanied by the appropriate documentation. Please allow a processing time of approximately four (4) weeks.

We strongly advise every client to inform our company immediately – at the latest within 24 hours - after an incident, complication or problem occurred. Complaints after departure or delayed complaints - for whatever reason - are not honored.

Advertised and custom Self Drive Tour Rates do not include gasoline, premium insurance, road tolls, transfers, additional driver fees, northern surcharges, national park entrance fees, one-way rental fees, winterized driving equipment and child seats – unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to substitute accommodation of a similar category - or upgrade clients at our discretion - if our regularly used properties are sold out. Specific room assignments are the sole discretion of the hotel management (owner) because we are unable to guarantee a specific type and/or location. A deposit may be charged through the operator upon arrival.  RV (Camper) rates do not include mandatory convenience kits, preparation fees pr premium insurance – unless otherwise stated. For services of all other tours please refer to the appropriate online information/documentation.

All published layouts, rates, descriptions, images, group size/capacity information and terms are subject to change without further notice and may be used as a guideline only. Accordingly we cannot assume responsibility for any information.

A valid driver license and a major credit card are mandatory for all vehicle rentals and/or the designated driver. Please note: Due to insurance requirements and applicable laws - Minimum age for drivers is 25 years. Maximum age 65 years. For additional information please refer to the appropriate section on our web pages.

Each client shall be responsible for obtaining valid travel documents, complying with customs and other regulations of the country to which they are traveling. Our company cannot accept responsibility for any problems related to them. We issue and forward travel documents through regular mail or electronically (on request also through UPS or another company at clients expenses) for all reservations made through our company approximately 21 days prior to departure. If you do not receive these documents in time please contact us immediately.

Our company, its employees or agents and / or affiliated companies acting only as agents - and therefore none of them shall be liable for any injury, damage, loss, loss claims, accident or delay which may be generated by reason of any company or person who engaged in conveying the travelers, or otherwise in connection therewith, or of any hotel owner, manager or employee. Therefore, we accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in train -, bus -, ship -, airplane - or other services, sickness, weather, war, quarantine, government action or other causes.

All flight reservations are based on restricted airfares. These fares may require full payment within 24 hours after confirmation or at the time of reservation. All fares are non-refundable and / or non-changeable after a specific reservation is confirmed. We cannot assume any responsibilities for fare increases. Please Note: Flight reservations in conjunction with any tour package are non-refundable - even if the reservation has been cancelled through our company or the supplier for whatever reason.

Once a reservation is confirmed any changes to a tour up to 60 days prior to the actual travel date - e.g. passenger names, travel departure dates, change of accommodation etc. - are subject to change and/or cancellation fees - if a tour can not be materialized anymore. • Sightseeing Tours and Individual Hotel Reservations $ 10.00 per person • Tour packages up to 7 days US$75.00 per party • Tour packages up to 21 days US$100.00 per party. Any changes made less than 60 days prior to arrival are considered cancellations and are subject to cancellation fees according to our cancellation policy. Please forward any request in written

The following cancellation (No-Show) charges are applicable to every confirmed reservation and/or voluntarily or involuntarily cancellation due to non-payment -without exceptions. Please Remember: Accommodation and tours are usually booked in advance especially in National Parks, during popular events and of course during the high season. Accordingly, we highly recommend obtaining sufficient cancellation insurance. Please refer to our web pages for additional information.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your vacation.

We do not reserve regular Sightseeing Tours/Transfers (exceptions are applying – please refer to service charges) without other arrangements also booked through our company. Accommodation Reservations require a minimum of 3 non-consecutive nights. RV Reservations require a minimum of 7 days during Off Season and 10 days during the High Season. All Ferry Reservations are only made in conjunction with a valid RV/Car/Rail or Tour Package reservation.
